All guests have access to the Red Rock geothermally heated outdoor swimming pool and indoor geothermal mineral spa pool.
There are also barbeque facilities and a large garden area to relax in.
Ample parking close to all units.
All of our one bedroom units have a deck with table and chairs to enjoy the garden.
We have a guest laundry with a washing machine and we also have a hot room if you prefer to dry your clothes naturally as well as the washing line in the garden.
Our enclosed trampoline will keep kids occupied and parents happy.
Our helpful staff can assist in booking attractions and may be able to offer discount vouchers for this - please ask.
There is also access to a trout stream on our boundary, for more information about trout fishing in the Utuhina Stream or other fishing spots around Rotorua see the NZ Fishing website.
All units have SKY TV, and access to FREE wifi. A continental breakfast is available on request. We have a wide range of brochures and information about local activities and attractions available from reception.
